Tim and I were able to sneak away last weekend. After much deliberation, I decided we would go to Frankenmuth. Now all my life I have heard from relatives how wonderful this place was. I mean it was really hyped.
Let's just say it did not live up to the hype. It was a very nice place and had some really cool buildings, and don't forget Bronner's--where it is Christmas all the time. It was a nice place to visit, once.
It took less than one hour to see all of its attractions. Luckily there was an outlet mall 6 miles away.
We did have a good time together. We also decided we need more of these little get aways scattered throughout the year. Our anniversary is in June, so maybe....:)
